Full bodied taste, warm, rich and strongly character; presence of noble tannins, soft and at the same time full of vitality and long persistence. Dishes of important meat (red meat and game), aged cheeses.

Winemaking process Skin maceration lasts 12 days and takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, then the wine ages for 14 months in 350 liters tonneau. The following June is bottled, where matures for at least further 6 months.
